For the first time, we are presenting a collection with colored glaze especially for hospitals. The elegant gray goes perfectly with all tray colors and creates an appealing presentation. With 11 carefully selected items, we make catering effortless in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening.
In our leaflets and on the website, we actively show tray assemblies with a clear allocation of the individual items.
With a cost-conscious design, AIRFLOW ESSENTA offers a more cost-effective alternative to decoration with a vignette or line, without sacrificing the classic benefits of AIRFLOW. The collection is not only characterized by aesthetics, but also actively promotes the hygienic properties of hard porcelain.
Focus on the hygienic properties of hard porcelain
Porcelain is one of the hardest materials in the world. Our quality porcelain is specially developed for the catering and healthcare sectors to meet the high requirements. Accordingly, our tableware is characterized by a very high edge impact resistance and an extremely high scratch resistance of the glaze, which is fired at 1,400°C.
The curved design was specially developed for efficient systems, such as the contact heating and air circulation system, to ensure optimum air exchange. This not only facilitates handling in food distribution, but also offers patients an easy-to-use and appetizing presentation of meals – a gesture of appreciation for their well-being.
